In 2023, London & Oslo needed to evolve. Following a 10 million dollars investment, Evo Properties was established, with the vision to transcend classic office space needs and transform two Class A+ office buildings into a multifunctional hub, for the first time in Bucharest.
But true innovation is creating the right environment for growth and connection.
With a human-centric vision and innovative mindset, Evo Properties introduced new facilities in 2024. London & Oslo now include hotel facilities, a lobby café, a theater, and health & well-being service areas.
The process is estimated to finalize in 2025, with more than 50% of all rentable space to be reserved for modern offices, while 20% to 25% will host hospitality services, and 10% to 15% will be allocated to well-being and medical services. A dedicated space is reserved for the Lumina Cultural Center.
At present, over 50% of available spaces are occupied, totaling 15.500 square meters.
